What is the suggested usage for Bee Pollen?
The "residual" effect of pollen continues for 2 months.
When you observe pollen's composition of vitamins and trace elements, you see
that a six-week course lets the body recharge its reserves and benefit from
the residual effects of the course for two additional months.
So bee pollen taken for six-weeks offers a total of four months of effects.
The ideal would therefore be to undergo three treatments per year. That said,
the elderly, those suffering from illness or who are under a lot of stress,
or those who are extremely active in sports and need additional antioxidants,
can also take pollen continuously, without any problem. The regular supply of
anti-free radicals and high doses of antioxidants will offer some comfort throughout
the year.
The pollen acts faster and more effectively when taken at mealtime and especially
with fruit, which let it gently perform a little cleansing of the intestinal
flora.
It is a good idea to vary the pollen's floral origin:
"Switch flowers during treatment."
If you stop experiencing any effect after a six-week course, then try a long-term
treatment (8 or 10 months).

Suggested quantity:
The recommended course is 6 weeks, or two 250 g packages.
A spoonful at breakfast, preferably taken with a piece of fruit:
the fruit fibers (raw hemicellulose) reinforce the activity of the fresh pollen.
Storage:
Refrigerator and freezer.
Pour the equivalent of 6 tablespoons into a bowl in the refrigerator, without
sealing the bowl. Place the remainder of the package into the freezer. Repeat
when you need more pollen. Unopened packages must be kept frozen (max. 1 year).
