How do I place an order?
Select products from the menu at the top of your screen.
When you find a product that you would like to purchase, simply
type the quantity you would like to order in the box next to the
price and click add to basket.
When you have finished shopping click 'View my basket' and if you
are happy with the contents click 'Go to checkout.
Fill in the requested information and place your order!

What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on what you order and if you live
withing the United Kingdom, the EU, or further afield.

How do I change my shipping address?
Ordered goods will usually be delivered to the address that you specified on
sign up.
If you would like to change this address simply go to your
'My Account' page, then click
'Change my account details' on the right.
Change any details you want to edit, type in your current password (as a
security measure) and click save. Any new orders will now be sent to your
new address.
Additionally, when you place an order you will given the opportunity to send
your order to an address other than your stored address. Once an order has been placed
and confirmed you cannot change the shipping address, if you would like to please
contact us.

How can I make use of special offers?
Discounts and special offers will automatically apply when you view
your basket. You simply need add the full amount of products to
your basket and appropriate moneys will be deducted from your total.
I.E. If you want to take advantage of the '5 bottles for the price
of 4' offer on E3 Live, simply add 5 bottles to your basket.
When viewing your basket you will see something like the following:

How do I check the progress on my order?
From the 'My Account' page you can see all of your outstanding and
past orders.
The status of all your outstanding orders is shown, if there any
problems with your orders a special comment will be added beneath
the item in question and we will normally endevour to phone you
if there could be a big delay.
The majority of our orders are dispatched on the day the order is
placed.

All purchases made through this site take place on a VeriSign certified secure server

What is your returns policy?
If you find your products damaged on arrival please contact Kiki Ltd within 14
days and we will refund or replace the goods free of charge. Normally we'll ask you to return the
damaged product, but we'll pick up the cost of the postage.

How can I receive practitioner discounts?
If you are a practitioner and would like to receive a discount we
will need to see some kind of proof of practise. If you send this
to us we will upgrade your account to automatically apply the discount.
