I started using KIKI's products over a year ago and would just like to say that I have had amazing results with all of them. As a nutritionist I am bombarded with lots of different products. I would just like to write to say how pleased I am with the above product.

My son was diagnosed with autism when he was 20 months. For over a year now we have been trying different natural treatments for Samuel. As most autistic people, Samuel has an imbalance of healthy gut flora in his body and this very much affects his symptoms of autism.

He is on a specific carbohydrate diet to help this and probiotics. We have even tried Nystatin and Diaflucan a medicine to kill yeast in his gut. It's quite hard putting into words what Nature's Biotics has done for me because to be honest it's pretty incredible. For 13 years I have had Candida and my digestive system was sensitive that any deviation from a very strict regime threw my system completely. Sugar in any form was hopeless - even fruit sugar from an apple - my stomach would bloat, I was tired and bad tempered and generally off balance. I spent a fortune on extremely expensive Acidophilus, Bifido Bulgaricus and the rest and eventually gave up, as the only thing that seemed to be affected was my bank balance. Various trips to the Doctor with no joy and a few Diflucan capsules later, the effects of which lasted a couple of days if I was lucky, and I had resigned myself to living with a very limited diet and even that had no serious effect - it just kept the symptoms at bay somewhat.

I started on Nature's Biotics in about October 99. After getting over the initial couple of weeks when my body didn't quite know what was happening, and neither did I, I am able to eat fruit, mushrooms, bread and a lot of food that were completely out of bounds. I have been using Nature's Biotics for 6 months. I had been suffering from terrible food intolerances and had been diagnosed with severe Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I was so badly intolerant that for 3 months I had to be taken off food all together and had to live on a liquid diet, which consisted of special pre-digested drinks. Although the doctors were fairly negative about what may be done to help, I was determined to regain my health and asked for a second and third opinion and even flew to America to see a doctor there.

All of these doctors subjected me to a horrible battery of tests and eventually told me that I would have to live with this illness and manage it as best I could.

During my search to find someone to help me, I also saw 14 alternative therapists. Almost all of them told me I needed some friendly bacteria and prescribed large amounts of human compatible acidophilus and bifidus. Although I knew this made sense, all of these probiotic formulas did nothing at all and I felt frightened that these supposedly excellent products were not able to help me. I really came to a point where I felt I was beyond help. To be fair, I think my system was so badly affected that although these therapists were often very talented and caring and had excellent results elsewhere, they were not able to help me.

One afternoon, while waiting to see one of these therapists, I found a little book on Soil Based Organisms in the adjoining health/wellbeing bookshop. I quickly thumbed through the book and could see instantly that these SBO's were definitely worth a try. My alternative therapist felt SBO's were not necessary because of all the Probiotics I was taking, but because I was simply not improving, I decided to treat myself.

I began very slowly with Nature's Biotics (SBO's), starting with 1 capsule a week. I knew it was vital that I progressed terribly slowly because a sudden rush of good bacteria can upset the bowel. Over the next 15 weeks, I increased the capsules one by one until I was taking 15 a day. Although Nature's Biotics recommend 6 capsules a day, I have read that for more serious illness a dose of 15-20 capsules may be needed but it is important to point out that everyone is different and that some people will only be able to tolerate a lower dose.

Personally, I knew that I would need a high dose because my intestines and bowel were so lacking in healthy flora, that they needed to be literally saturated with good bacteria to tip the balance back to a favorable environment. Indeed, when I was originally tested for good bacteria in the bowel, I was found to have none at all. This was probably due to the fact that I had been given 11 courses of antibiotics one after the other, all of which were 10 days long. These antibiotics were supposed to help me recover!

For me, Nature's Biotics did not work overnight. It has taken time for the SBO's to work their way through the vast amounts of putretive bacteria and toxicity I had accumulated because of my illness. I understood this process may be lengthy and that

there would be days that I would experience `retracing'. I had times where I would be doing well and then suddenly I would hit a bad patch and feel quite ill again. I also read about some people who had seen good results far sooner than myself and I worried that I was not going to be so fortunate. What completely convinced me to stick with the tablets was the fact that the booklet I came across in the shop was written by a doctor and not by a company trying to sell something. I religiously stuck with Nature's Biotics and gradually those bad days became less and less frequent, but it would be untrue to say that I progressed very rapidly. Nonetheless, I now have a level of health that I never expected to achieve and as each month passes, I can feel my body regain its strength and I have no pain at all now. I really feel fantastic.

Now I am not only eating, but I am eating foods that originally I was unable to tolerate. When I was very ill, I had lost 2 stone in weight (weight that I could not afford to lose) and my skin was dull. After being on Nature's Biotics, I have regained the weight that I lost and people have commented that I look radiant. Instead of having foul synthetic drinks, I am able to eat without any discomfort or upset.

I am sure some people reading this will feel a little skeptical. I have tried so many products that promise so much and fail to deliver time and time again. Because as sick people we often feel vulnerable, we are prepared to try anything to be well. We need to be trying products that can genuinely help us, not leave us out of pocket and all the more despondent. I truly believe Nature's Biotics not only live up to their claim, but also completely underplay quite how fantastic they really are. Because of the unique way SBO's colonise in the intestines and bowel, starving out bad bacteria, yeasts and moulds, etc. by feeding on these pathogens, the SBO's create an environment where this array of baddies cannot live and therefore cannot continue to reek their havoc upon us. So often, the more common known acidophilus, bifidus, etc. cannot colonise when the intestines and bowel are so out of kilter, they simply do not have the power to radically change such a hostile environment, SBO's do! I am extremely thankful to the makers of Nature's Biotics.

The booklet I found to be of enormous help is called, `Beyond Probiotics' by Ann Louise Gittleman and is published by Keats Good Health Guide. These books are often found in health food shops and independent chemists.

I am in the nutritional supplementation business but have always failed to find a suitable probiotic that works long term. I have tried many things which work for a short time but I did not feel were terribly effective. I have a particular interest in finding such a product as I myself have battled against the constant annoyance of not being able to rid myself of candida, and knowing that this is the forerunner of more sinister conditions was absolutely thrilled to find such a potent product as Nature's Biotics which lists a formidable list of good bacteria. I have been on it now for six months and during that time I have not had even a hint of candida although I have had a healing reaction which has manifested itself as pimples on my arms.

In 2 months I have seen my life change completely. Early in 1996 I developed horrendous symptoms. My body ballooned and became solid and hard to the touch. My abdomen was so distended it reached below my pubic bone and I measured 54" round my girth which is a lot when you are only 4' 11".

I was sleeping 16 hours a day and unable to work as my muscles were rigid and causing me great difficulties. I shuffled when I tried to walk and I climbed the stairs on all fours, coming down on my backside. I had great difficulty attending to personal hygiene as my arms would not stretch and my body would not bend.

I had changed so much in 3 months that my son who is in the army, was shocked at my appearance when he came back home. And 2 years later at a wedding, friends of over 30 years did not recognise me.

When asked what was wrong I said I could not walk very well and my feet were swollen. My doctor told me to buy bigger shoes and lose weight! As I was 50, I was also offered HRT. I refused as I knew my list of symptoms did not match the list of menopausal symptoms.

I went to the library and started my own research. Four months on I concluded that I had connective tissue disorder. With the help of vitamin C (essential for connective tissue) and extra proteins I began to feel a slight improvement.

Over the next three years I worked non stop to try and improve my condition. I taught myself to walk again by watching others and imitating there movements and took on tai chi and yoga. But all this physical effort still left me very tired and with little energy. I had also developed certain food allergies I know had to cope with.

So I went to see a new GP. He suggested I try probiotics. I tried all the usual acidophilus etc and there was a slight improvement but did not resolve my problems. I surfed the internet and discovered soil based organisms - Natures Biotics.

Two months along my life has turned around. They work gently but the effects have been quite rapid for me. I feel much more like I think I should feel, lots more energy and plus the weight is starting to come down. I no longer have a great thirst and I feel my gut going back into place, which in turn means I can walk even better and am starting to bend properly again. Because I am now absorbing food more effectively, I have been able to reduce my supplements and am now able to eat carbohydrates in moderation without any ill effects.

Taking Nature's Biotics has helped improve my health tremendously. As a Diabetic for a few years, I had found it very difficult to control my sugar levels and my general health was relatively not good. I tried so hard to control my Diabetes with a diet, as well as taking Insulin, but it was still difficult.

Every time I attempted to improve my eating habits, I began to crave for all the wrong foods, mainly sugary things and within days I was back to my old ways of eating.

I contacted a company and told them of my problems. They suggested that I may have a deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals. So I started the diet again including a lot more vegetables and eliminating all forms of sugary things. I also started taking vitamin supplements but after a month the improvements were minimal. It was with great difficulty to stick to the diet. I was sluggish and had a general unwell feeling. So again I contacted them and informed them of my slow improvement. They mentioned that I may have a difficulty to absorb the nutrients properly and then they advised to take Nature's Biotics, which will help to neutralise the intestines balance so that I can absorb the nutrients fully.

Since taking their advice and recommendations I have not had a relapse. I have been taking Nature's Biotics for four months with great improvement. Within 10-14 days I noticed a significant change. I had a better control over my diet and nearly all my cravings had disappeared.

As the months have gone by, my health has improved greatly. I recommend that if anybody wants to improve their health, take Nature's Biotics. It works wonders!

I have been suffering from constipation and digestive problems for a few years (and probably way before that which I wasn't aware of), which during my cause in Kinesiology I tried to sort out. I took a lot of supplements, cut out a lot of foods, all of this helped but never for a sustained period of time.

I have found that Natures Biotics provide an excellent control for 'leaky gut'-a most unpleasant condition with which I have been struggling for two years. I have a child of 12 years old, who in the second week of May 2000 took ill. His symptoms were as follows: tiredness, headaches, nausea - his glands were swollen so much one would of thought he had swallowed an orange which had lodged in each side of his throat. As my son is what one would say "over active" child, my concern for him grew as all he seemed to do was sleep.

On the 5th day I took him to our GP who said that his glands were severely swollen and suspected Glandular Fever. To be confirmed he would require a blood test the following week. I thought I would write to let you know how pleased I am with Nature's Biotics. Having suffered with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) for some years and tried numerous remedies, most only offering short term relief, I ordered Nature's Biotics in August last year. Having read the instructions I was initially slightly concerned at the cost implications of taking 6 capsules per day, but I personally have found great relief in taking only 3 capsules per day. Just a few words to let you know how pleased I am with the Nature's Biotics supplement. After suffering for many years with Candida infection, chronic fatigue and mercury poisoning from my amalgam fillings, life was looking pretty bleak. Doctor after doctor flatly refused to see anything wrong, in spite of the evidence to the contrary - severe weight loss, many food allergies and looking like death - and complementary therapists tried their best, but nothing made any difference.

Two years ago, I met a holistic dentist who made it his life's mission to get me better!

With his help, and the help of a brilliant counsellor and healer, I got all my fillings replaced and had a year of intense psycho-emotional counselling. My health improved vastly, but I still had Candida, food allergies and bouts of feeling horrible due to mercury being offloaded from my body out through my mucous membranes.
