What is the suggested usage for E3Live?

E3Live can be consumed undiluted or mixed with juice or pure water. E3Live MUST be kept cold to maintain its freshness, vitality and nutritional value.

Keep frozen until ready to use, then place E3Live in refrigerator to partially defrost. Pour off the thawed portion (enough for a seven day supply). Place remainder of bottle back in the freezer until ready to defrost once more.

Alternatively, place E3Live in refrigerator to partially defrost. Pour off thawed portion into empty ice cube tray. Place tray back in freezer. Each iced cube of E3Live can be defrosted daily or as needed.

When travelling without refrigeration facilities a superior grade of powdered or encapsulated freeze dried E3Live is available.

Suggested Quantity
Begin with 1 teaspoon per day for the first week or two - after that you can take as much as you feel is right for you.
