Lecithin is a natural fat emulsifier and is rich in the natural substances choline and inositol which play an important part in the way our bodies cope with fats. Lecithin is also used to help normalise cholesterol balance and to maintain healthy liver and gallbladder function.

What are the exact ingredients in Non-GMO Lecithin Powder?
KIKI’s Lecithin is derived 100% from soybeans that have not been genetically engineered or modified.

Packaged in amber glass bottles with oxygen absorbers and metal lids for optimum preservation of nutrients and vitality.

Suggested Usage:
1 Tablespoon per day (or as advised by your health care practitioner).
Add to any drink or smoothie, sprinkle on and mix with foods for extra nutrition and flavour. Use for thickening as Lecithin will thicken anything it is added to (allow 10 or more minutes for full thickness). Also adds a nice creamy flavour.
