What is the difference between Natures Biotics
and other conventional Probiotics?
The Soil Based Organisms (SBOs) in Natures Biotics (NB's) are created
to function in any colonic situation. SBO's have no problem getting
through destructive stomach acids and unlike other supplements have
no difficulty implanting in ph imbalanced colons that are
often infested with harmful bacteria.
Many probiotics contain live cultures that are age and temperature
sensitive. To control this temperature and age degradation, refrigeration
is essential. The SBO's in Natures Biotics are in a dormant state
until the capsules are activated by fluids, therefore no refrigeration
is required.
Unlike many supplements on the market that measure their potency
in CFU, (colony forming units) Nature's Biotic's priorities lie with the quality
of the CFU and not the quantity. The unique formula in Nature's Biotic's is not
only designed to resist heat and temperature changes. It's also
averse to stomach acid, fluorine, ascorbic acid and bile.
Frutooligosaccharides (FOS) is frequently found in probiotics. FOS
is an indigestible sugar that has been known to cause digestive
disorder. NB's contains no FOS.As well as the common probiotic functions
NB's provides Lactoferrin supplementation. This is an iron binding
protein essential for retrieving iron from the food we eat. NB's
also fights against any pathological moulds, yeast or fungi infections
and helps eliminate any toxic wastes. These extra benefits are seldom
found in other probiotic formulas.

How does Natures Living Superfood differ from
E3Live?
Both are super nutritious and help to support a healthy lifestyle.
The underlying difference is that one is dried whilst the other
is in its natural liquid state.
Whilst the 'Superfood' perhaps contains a wider spectrum of nutrients
and minerals with added beneficial probiotics and natural soil organisms,
E3 can be described as a physical and mental power booster acting
as an instant energy enhancer and brain stimulator.

I have bought a selection of InnerTalk CDs, what is the normal sequence of events that I may expect?
When you received the CDs, you should have read initially the instruction
card included, this will help you get the best out of your CD.
You should start using the CDs that address your core issues first
and try to use them as much as possible, (including if possible
while sleeping).
You should read the affirmations which are printed in the CD sleeve.
In the first few days, many people report an immediate, positive
change to their thinking as the new, positive affirmations challenge
the old, negative ones for example, with a confidence CD, the new
affirmation "I am confident" will challenge the old "I
am NOT confident".
In the period of 3-7 days, some people will experience what we call
"subconscious resistance" which is caused by the previous,
ingrained, negative thinking trying to reject the new affirmation.
This can manifest itself in many different ways but passes quickly
if the CD continues to be played. After about 30 days of use, the
thinking rescript will be made.
After this period, many people play the CD once a month or so to
receive a "booster" to their new way of thinking.

I know that organic food is obviously considered
much better for us, but is there really that much difference, or
are we just caught up in all the 'organic hype' at the moment?
Yes, it's true that there is alot of media attention on the topic at
the moment, but it is because we are becoming so much more aware
of the many positive benefits of organic produce. Fresh organic
produce contains on average 50% more vitamins, minerals, enzymes
and other micro-nutrients than intensively farmed produce.
Organic produce is safe from any artificial chemicals that are commonly
found in non-organic products.
It is also the practical way to avoid eating genetically modified
(GM) food. If you buy organic food you are also supporting the protest
against GMO's.
Over 90% of non-organic farm animals in the UK are now fed on GM
soya. There has never been a reported case of BSE in any organic
cattle in the UK.
Organic dairy and meat products are probably the most important.
Intensively reared dairy cows and farm animals are fed on anti-biotics,
hormones, anti-parasite drugs and many other medicines on a daily
basis, whether they have an illness or not. These drugs are passed
directly on to the consumers in their dairy or meat produce. This
could contribute to meat related diseases like coronaries and high
blood pressure.
There are many other reasons why you should choose to buy organic
food but these are some of the key points. In addition to this,
organic food simply tastes better. Fruit and vegetables are full
of juice. There are so many different varieties of organic food
available that you are bound to find what you are looking for.

How do you know if a supplement contains synthetic or isolated nutrients and are they at all beneficial?
If the nutrients themselves are listed as actual ingredients (i.e.
Thiamin, Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Chromium,
Picolinate, Calcium, Magnesium, etc.,)
Rather than constituents of the ingredients, then they are isolated
or synthetic. Synthetic and isolated vitamins and minerals are used
almost exclusively for traditional vitamin and/or mineral products.
Some isolated or synthetic nutrients can and do have certain benefits.
There are definitely cases where the benefits out way the risks
especially when compared to the use of certain drugs.
They are however a vastly inferior way to get nutrients to the body.
The body can not absorb or utilize a synthetic or isolated nutrient
as is. It must reform them into organic complexes, (as they are
in whole foods or food supplements like E3 Live and Natures Living
Superfood).
Only a small percentage is able to be reformed (by drawing the synergistic
nutrients from the body) into absorbable, usable matter. The remaining
unusable portion either settles out in the tissue as harmful deposits
or taxes the liver and kidneys before it is excreted as urine.
